EMBER™  MINDFULNESS-BASED EMOTIONAL RESILIENCE TRAININGS ARE TAUGHT AS 6, 8 OR 12-WEEK COURSES GEARED TOWARD ANYONE WANTING TO LEARN AND INTEGRATE MORE MINDFULNESS INTO THEIR LIVES.
